How long does my order take to ship?

Fulfillment time:
Most orders are printed and prepared in 2–5 business days.

Shipping time:
Once fulfilled, delivery typically takes:

• USA: 1–8 business days

• International: Varies by country, usually 1–20 business days

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. ThreePF Apparel ships worldwide through our production partner.

Delivery times and customs fees vary by country. Any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

Because every product is made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, changed mind, etc.). Please double-check size charts before ordering.

However, your satisfaction matters — if your item arrives with:

• A misprint or manufacturing error

• Damage

• Or is lost in transit

We will replace or refund it at no cost.

To file a claim:
Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date for lost packages). Include photos of the issue when possible so we can make it right quickly.

What if my order is returned to sender?

If an order couldn’t be delivered because of an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, it may be returned to our production facility.
Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
